A Journey to Relaxation: First Monday Sound Bath
Join us every first Monday for an immersive sound bath with Dr. Arianna, a skilled sound healing practitioner. Let soothing vibrations guide you into deep relaxation, releasing tension and restoring balance in this 45-minute session. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything for comfort—no experience needed. Moving Through Grief: Last Monday of the Month
Join us for a transformative workshop exploring grief through movement, mindfulness, and community. This all-levels class begins with a grounding sound bowl meditation and journaling session (bring a journal). We'll then move through a flow inspired by the four elements—starting on the floor and gradually rising to standing. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid street shoes, as we’ll be working on the floor.
