Rise and Release Yoga

This class is aimed to help you start your day with gentle movement and mindfulness. Rise and Release is great for all levels. This is a trauma informed class.

Soul Flow

Soul Flow is a gentle, yet dynamic class that blends standing and seated postures with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Designed to connect body and spirit, this class helps cultivate inner peace, enhance flexibility, and release tension. Through a soothing flow, participants will deepen their connection to self and embrace the present moment. Open to all levels, Soul Flow is a nurturing space to recharge and rediscover balance.

Vinyasa Flow 1-2

This flow-based Level 1-2 yoga class is designed to balance breathwork with moderate-moving vinyasas (posture sequences), slow stretches, and a final relaxation in savasana. We'll focus on postures that counterbalance everyday actions, such as long periods of sitting or computer work, creating healing heat in the body and encouraging blood flow. The Vinyasa practice becomes a mindful, moving meditation that builds strength, freedom, and a sense of liberation, while realigning the mind, body, and spirit connection.

Gentle Yoga

This gentle and grounding yoga class focuses on the foundation of each pose (asana), while incorporating mindful breathwork (pranayama). Perfect for those seeking a slower, intentional practice, this session emphasizes mindfulness, alignment, and intentional movement to nurture both body and mind. Suitable for all levels, Gentle Yoga offers a space to connect deeply with your breath and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.

Yin & Yang Restorative Yoga (WARM)

First, move and stretch the spine and body to increase Yang/fire, boosting your circulation to release tension and stress from sitting, bad posture, injuries and life! Lastly, connect the breath to body in restorative yoga postures meant to relax the mind, body, and spirit with Yin/water. Find depth and stillness in the 80° Fahrenheit heated room.

Chakra Vinyasa

The Chakras are powerful energetic centers in the body which can be harnessed as a roadmap to guide our physical practice. In this show, we flow through dynamic Vinyasa sequences to build strength, stability, and flexibility, and create balance energetically and physically.

Catch The Groove

Catch The Groove is a class for beginners, those from all age groups returning to the dance floor, and anyone looking to dance to a medley of old school/some new grooves. It is an encouraging, uplifting, and positive experience that is sure to put a smile on your face and push through the rest of the week.

Hip Hop Cardio

Unleash your inner dancer and improve your fitness in this high-energy class, set to the beats of your favorite Hip Hop tracks. Get ready for a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling empowered! Cardio-Packed Fun: Enjoy a dynamic, high-intensity workout that gets your heart pumping while keeping you energized and having fun to the rhythm of the music. More Than Just Dance: This class combines movement, confidence, coordination, stamina, and personal style, helping you find joy in every step. Health and Wellness Focus: Beyond the dance floor, this class emphasizes overall well-being, giving you a balanced boost of fitness and fun. Klub Hip Hop

Klub Hip Hop is a beginning Hip Hop Dance Class for all levels. This easy high energy class will make you sweat to klub bangers new and old! Let's bring those klub moves to the studio. Learning easy Hip Hop moves to the hottest Hip Hop/R&B music around. Every week the class will have a surprise dance theme. You will be in a safe nonjudgemental space and all are welcomed! THIS IS A HIP HOP PARTY! So come have some fun!! GET LIT BREAK A SWEAT GET RATCHET GROOVE TO CLASSICS MAKE IT DIRTY LET THE MUSIC TAKE OVER

Step Reloaded

Step Reloaded is a hybrid of step aerobics and dance choreography with complements of Hip-Hop, Rap, Contemporary R+B, Afrobeat + Reggae music. The goal is to bring adults of all ages, backgrounds, and dance and fitness levels together in an environment that cultivates good energy and a fun time — a cardio experience like no other!

Strut

Strut is a confidence-centric dance class! Taught either in sneakers or in high heels to turn up the sexy, the focus of Strut is getting out of our heads and into our bodies. The class consists of a thorough warm-up focused on core strength and building heat from the inside out, some follow-along-style cardio dance, a fierce walk across the floor, and choreography. I pride myself on choreography that is accessible to all skill levels. These classes are designed for those who “used to dance” or have always wanted to try. My choreography is there as a guide but leaves space for you to do your thing! While safety and alignment are my priority, technique is not the focus of this class; your energy and presence is.

Wild Card Wednesday

Our goal with WCW is to broaden our dance community. By offering more variety to our students and community members.
