Cardio Hip Hop is the perfect class for beginners, those returning to the dance floor, and anyone looking to move to a medley of old-school and fresh new grooves. This uplifting and encouraging experience is designed to bring joy, confidence, and positive vibes—guaranteed to leave you smiling and ready to take on the rest of the week!

Jazz Funk
This Open Level class fuses Jazz and Hip-Hop with touches of other styles for added flair. It offers a dynamic blend of movement and rhythm, perfect for dancers looking to explore, grow, and challenge their skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Klub Hip Hop
A beginning Hip Hop dance class for all levels. This easy high energy class will make you sweat to klub bangers new and old! Let's bring those klub moves to the studio. Learning easy Hip Hop moves to the hottest Hip Hop/R&B music around. Every week the class will have a surprise dance theme. You will be in a safe nonjudgemental space and all are welcomed! THIS IS A HIP HOP PARTY! So come have some fun!! GET LIT! BREAK A SWEAT! LET THE MUSIC TAKE OVER!

Lé Grooves
Step into a dance experience like no other! Richard’s class blends sensual, fluid movements with infectious rhythms, creating a space where your body flows freely and your soul grooves effortlessly. Set to a mix of feel-good beats, this class is all about confidence, connection, and pure dance joy. Don’t miss out—come move, vibe, and let loose!

Strut
Strut is a confidence-boosting dance class designed to get you out of your head and into your body—whether in sneakers or heels! We start with a core-focused warm-up, follow-along cardio, a fierce walk across the floor, and choreography that’s accessible to all skill levels. Perfect for those who “used to dance” or always wanted to try. Technique takes a backseat—this class is all about energy, presence, and owning your movement!

West African Dance (Speciality)
West African Dance is free, expressive and loaded with history and culture. Dimensions of West African Dance and Music: dominance of a percussive beat coupled with the polyrhythmic structure of the dance and music; • emphasis on how the body moves as opposed to how it looks; and • emphasis on individual expression and interpretation through improvisation

WildCardWednesday
WildCard Wednesdays – Expanding our dance community one class at a time! Experience a new style, instructor, and energy every Wednesday at 7:30pm. Step outside your comfort zone and explore the variety dance has to offer!

Pop Up- Beginner Heels
Come vibe, sweat, and slay to your favorite Afrobeats + Amapiano jams! This beginner-friendly class blends Afro dance grooves with confidence-boosting movement in heels (totally optional 👠). We’ll start with a juicy stretch, body conditioning, and booty burn workout to get you feeling strong and ready to move. Then, learn fun across-the-floor combos and beginner heels technique as we build into a lit choreography full of energy and confidence.
